Lilikoi Café started as a single roadside stand in Nu'uanu, pressing passionfruit from a tangle of vines nobody else wanted. Ten years on, we still work with the same three families up the valley, and every batch of coffee is still pulled to order, one cup at a time.
No syrups, no shortcuts — just fruit at its peak, beans roasted in small batches, and a room that asks you to slow down.
